Counterparty Posture

Argus is designed to clarify posture, not erase uncertainty.
Typical posture states include:
- verified: the claim is supported by sufficient source-backed evidence
- under review: the claim remains open and requires more confirmation
- restricted: material issues, contradictions, or trust concerns remain unresolved
- unresolved: the available record is incomplete or insufficient
These states should be treated as operational guidance, not as legal determinations.
They are the result of evidence handling, contradiction review, and human-review posture rather than a black-box confidence score.
