What Argus Reviews

Counterparty review visual

Argus is designed to review categories of counterparty risk that commonly appear in private-market transactions.

These categories include:

  • people and principals
  • legal entities and associated structures
  • submitted documents and claim packages
  • websites, domains, and communication surfaces
  • addresses, locations, and place claims
  • associated parties and relationship signals
  • sanctions, adverse media, and other risk indicators

The goal is not to claim omniscience. The goal is to test whether the available record supports the claim being made.

Those categories are not reviewed as isolated facts. They are reviewed as an evidence problem: what was asserted, what was supported, what contradicted the claim, and what remained unresolved.
